本标准规定了移动式道路施工机械 摊铺机（以下简称摊铺机）的安全要求，及其在预定使用和可预见的误操作情况下产生的相关重大危险。本标准在GB 26504的基础上，补充了对摊铺机的具体要求。
本标准适用于第三章中定义的摊铺机。
本标准不适用于使用内置和/或外置振动器进行混凝土摊铺作业的机器。
