This standard specifies the maximum residue limits (MRLs) for 2,4-D and 386 other pesticides, with 3,650 items in total.
This standard applies to foods related to these limits.
The food categories and parts for determination (see Appendix A) are used to define the application scope of the pesticide MRLs and are only applicable to this standard. When the MRL of a certain pesticide applies to a specific food category, it applies to all foods under that category unless otherwise specified.
