本标准适用于与限量相关的食品。
食品类别及测定部位(见附录A）用于界定农药最大残留限量应用范围，仅适用于本标准。如某种农药的最大残留限量应用于某一食品类别时，在该食品类别下的所有食品均适用，有特别规定的除外。
豁免制定食品中最大残留限量标准的农药名单(见附录B）用于界定不需要制定食品中农药最大残留限量的范围。
