本标准规定了淋浴器的水效等级、技术要求和试验方法。
本标准适用于安装在建筑物内的冷、热水供水管路末端，公称压力（静压)不大于1.0 MPa，介质温度为4 ℃～90 ℃条件下的盥洗室（洗手间、浴室)、淋浴房等卫生设施上使用的淋浴器（含花洒或花洒组合)的水效评价。
本标准不适用于自带加热装置的淋浴器和恒温淋浴器。
