Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for commercial gas cooking appliances

本标准规定了商用燃气灶具的能效等级、能效限定值、节能评价值、试验方法和检验规则。
本标准适用于以燃气为能源的单个灶眼额定热负荷不大于60 kW的中餐燃气炒菜灶(以下简称炒菜灶)、每个灶眼额定热负荷不大于80 kW且锅的公称直径不小于600 mm的炊用燃气大锅灶(以下简称大锅灶)和额定热负荷不大于80 kW且蒸腔蒸汽压力不大于500 Pa(表压)的燃气蒸箱(以下简称蒸箱)。
本标准所指燃气是指GB/T 13611规定的燃气。
