本标准规定了家庭和类似场合普通照明用卤钨灯的能效限定值、节能评价值和试验方法。
本标准适用于额定电压小于或等于24 V，功率范围为5 W～100 W；额定电压为220 V～250 V，功率范围为15 W～500 W普通照明用的非定向卤钨灯。
本标准不适用于定向卤钨灯。
