Part 2: The liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection (LC-FLD) method and Part 3: The liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method are applicable to the determination of sialic acid in liquid milk, milk powder, pastries, and beverages.
