本标准确立了刚性防火隔离幕设计的一般原则；规定了刚性防火隔离幕的主要组成部分、材料燃烧性能、操作方式、主要性能参数；给出了刚性防火隔离幕主要组成部分的要求；并对验收测试、操作与维修等进行了原则性的规定。本标准适用于在新建、改扩建的剧场及进行刚性防火隔离幕改造时，在舞台台口设置的、垂直卷扬升降的、一体结构的刚性防火隔离幕。其他场所设置的刚性防火隔离幕或其他形式的刚性防火隔离幕可参照本标准执行。
