本标准规定了室内地坪涂料中对人体和环境有害的物质容许限量涉及的术语和定义、产品分类、要求、测试方法、检验规则和包装标志等内容。
注： 室内是指在顶部有遮挡或顶部和四周都有遮挡的场所内部，如工业厂房、地下停车场、医院、学校、体育馆等场所，是相对于顶部和四周都无遮挡的场所而言。
本标准适用于涂装在水泥砂浆、混凝土、石材、塑胶或钢材等地坪基面上、对地面起装饰和防护作用，以及其他特殊功能作用(如抗静电、耐腐蚀、防滑等)的以有机聚合物作为主要粘接剂的各类室内用地坪涂料，包括底漆、中涂漆、面漆和罩面漆。
