本标准规定了测定动植物油脂中水分及挥发物含量的两种方法。
本标准第一法［沙浴(电热板)法］适用于所有的动植物油脂；第二法(电热干燥箱法)仅适用于酸价低于4 mg/g的非干性油脂不适用于月桂酸型的油(棕榈仁油和椰子油)。
