第二法砷铈催化分光光度法适用于粮食、蔬菜、水果、豆类及其制品、乳及其制品、肉类、鱼类、蛋类等食品中碘的测定。
第三法气相色谱法适用于婴幼儿食品和乳品中碘的测定。
