本标准适用于含油大豆磷脂、脱油大豆磷脂、大豆油、菜籽油、花生油、葵花籽油中磷脂酰胆碱(PC)、磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)、磷脂酰肌醇(PI)的测定。本标准不适用于大豆溶血磷脂酰胆碱及大豆溶血磷脂乙醇胺的测定。
