本标准第一法适用于乳粉、谷物、蔬菜、水果及其制品、肉制品、维生素类补充剂、果冻、胶基糖果、八宝粥、葡萄酒中的L(+)-抗坏血酸、D(+)-抗坏血酸和L(+)-抗坏血酸总量的测定。第二法适用于乳粉、蔬菜、水果及其制品中L(+)-抗坏血酸总量的测定。第三法适用于水果、蔬菜及其制品中L(+)-抗坏血酸的测定。
