This standard applies to the determination of bovine lactoferrin in pasteurized milk, formulated milk, milk-containing beverages, formulated milk powder and milk-based infant formula. This standard does not apply to the determination of bovine lactoferrin in flavored fermented milk and soy-based infant formula.
