全国电梯标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 196)
本标准规定了电梯安装验收的条件、项目、要求和规则。
本标准适用于额定速度不大于6.0 m/s的电力驱动曳引式和额定速度不大于0.63 m/s的电力驱动强制式乘客电梯、载货电梯。对于额定速度大于6.0 m/s的电力驱动曳引式乘客电梯和载货电梯可参照本标准执行，不适用部分由制造商与客户协商确定。消防电梯和适合残障人员使用的电梯等特殊用途的电梯，应按照相应的产品标准调整验收内容。
本标准不适用于液压电梯、杂物电梯、仅载货电梯和家用电梯。
