GB/T 10067的本部分规定了真空淬火炉产品的各项要求，包括品种规格、技术性能及其订购和供货等。
本部分适用于按4.1，5.1和5.2设计、主要用于金属材料在真空状态下进行气淬和油淬的卧式真空电阻炉。
高压真空淬火炉、高流率真空淬火炉、水溶液真空淬火炉、立式真空淬火炉、真空渗碳淬火炉等的企业产品标准可参照本部分制定。其技术性能除另有规定或供需双方另有协议外，应满足本部分5.3的要求。
