本标准适用于以工业锑为原料，经氯化、精馏、氢气还原、蒸馏等而制得的纯度不小于99.999%的以及不小于99.999 9%的高纯锑。产品用于制备ⅢⅤ族半导体材料、高纯合金、热电致冷元件以及用作硅、锗单晶的掺杂剂等。
