本标准规定了三相干式电力变压器的性能参数、技术要求、检验规则及方法、标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于电压等级为6 kV、10 kV、20 kV及35 kV，额定频率为50 Hz，额定容量为30 kV·A～25 000 kV·A，户内使用的无励磁调压或有载调压三相干式电力变压器。其他额定容量的产品可参考使用本标准。本标准不适用于充气式变压器。
