本标准特指无任何其他添加物（如润滑剂、粘结剂、造孔剂）的二氧化铀粉末。
本标准不包括防止临界安全事故和职业健康的要求，使用者有义务建立适当的安全和职业健康制度并在使用前确定符合法规的要求。
