本标准规定了烧结二氧化铀芯块（以下简称“芯块”）的技术要求、芯块批、取样、试验和检验以及包装和运输的要求。
本标准适用于核反应堆用各种235U富集度的芯块。
本标准不包括防止临界事故的有关内容以及安全、卫生等方面的要求。使用本标准同时应遵守国家对核材料管制、运输、处理和使用等有关规定。
