本标准适用于富士系、元帅系、金冠系、嘎拉系、藤牧1号、华夏、粉红女士、澳洲青苹、乔纳金、秦冠、国光、华冠、红将军、珊夏、王林等以鲜果供给消费者的苹果(Malus domestica Borkh.)，用于加工的苹果除外。其他未列入的品种也可参照使用。
