本标准规定了船用辅锅炉及压力容器（以下简称锅炉及压力容器）受压元件的焊接材料、焊接工艺评定、焊接、焊缝检查、焊后热处理和焊接试板力学性能试验。
本标准适用于设计压力不大于2.5 MPa，介质为水及饱和蒸汽的锅炉；设计压力不大于6.4 MPa,介质为水或空气的压力容器。
