1.1 本标准规定了单相及室温条件下液态的、适当加热呈液态的或者可溶于烃类溶剂的石油和石油产品总硫含量的测定方法。本标准适用于测定柴油、喷气燃料、煤油、其他馏分油、石脑油、渣油、润滑油基础油、液压油、原油、车用汽油、含醇汽油和生物柴油。
1.2 用ASTM D6259统计过程计算出本标准的合并测定极限值为3 mg/kg。
