本标准规定了碳素结构钢冷轧钢板及钢带的订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书。
本标准适用于厚度不大于4 mm的碳素结构钢冷轧薄钢板及钢带，包括宽度不小于600 mm的冷轧宽钢带及剪切钢板、纵切钢带（简称宽钢板及钢带）及宽度范围为250 mm～＜600 mm的冷轧窄钢带及剪切钢板（简称窄钢板及钢带）。宽度不小于600 mm的单张冷轧钢板亦可参照执行。
