本部分也适用于热释电系数在1×10-11C/（cm2·℃）数量级以上其他陶瓷、单晶和有机热释电材料等的测量。
本部分不适用于钛酸锶钡、钽钪酸铅等场致热释电材料的热释电系数测量。
