本标准规定了高压电气设备无线电干扰测试方法。
本标准适用于在实验室内对交流和直流高压电气设备(含附件)的无线电干扰测试，设备包括:高压开关设备、互感器、分压器、耦合电容器、避雷器、套管、绝缘子等。
本标准规定的测试方法适用于型式试验、例行试验、抽样试验及性能试验。
本标准的测试方法仅限于在规定的试验回路测量试品无线电干扰的传导部分，不涉及其辐射部分的干扰。
