本标准规定了船用电动三螺杆泵（以下简称泵）的试验项目、试验方法、试验结果的计算等。
本标准适用于船舶上输送燃油、滑油和液压油等清洁的润滑性介质（流量0.18 m3/h～720 m3/h、出口压力0.2 MPa～25 MPa、轴功率0.25 kW～600 kW、净吸上高度＋0.02 MPa～-0.06 MPa）的泵的试验。
