全国水轮机标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 175)
本标准规定了水电站水轮发电机组、进水阀门及调速系统中用的自动化元件（装置）的基本技术要求及其系统配置要求，并规定了相应的试验方法及验收规则、标志、包装等内容。
本标准适用于水电站自动化元件（装置）的产品制造和符合下列条件之一的水轮发电机组的自动化元件（装置）的系统配置与交接验收：
a） 单机容量为10 MW 及以上；
b） 转轮公称直径1.5 m及以上的冲击式机组；
c） 转轮公称直径2.5 m及以上的混流式机组；
d） 转轮公称直径3.3 m及以上的轴流式、斜流式、贯流式机组。
小于以上范围的水轮发电机组、抽水蓄能可逆式机组、潮汐发电机组的自动化元件（装置）的系统配置与交接验收可参照执行。
