本标准适用于二氧化铀粉末和芯块中氟、氯的测定，当称样范围为0.5 g～5.0 g时，氟测定范围为1 μg/g～400 μg/g，氯测定范围2 μg/g～200 μg/g。存在于吸收溶液中杂质离子Al3+不大于16 μg、Ca2+不大于10 μg、Fe3+不大于10 μg、Mg2+不大于22 μg时，对氟的测定没有影响。
