GB/T 12009的本部分规定了用电位滴定法测定聚氨酯生产用芳香族异氰酸酯中酸度的方法。
本部分适用于聚氨酯原料的芳香族异氰酸酯及其预聚体酸度的测定。方法A适用于中/高酸度值(100 μg/g)的粗或改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯和甲苯二异氰酸酯产品。方法B适用于低酸度值(<100 μg/g)精制、粗或改性的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯和甲苯二异氰酸酯。这些方法也适用于甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯异构体的混合物，其他的异氰酸酯如证实适用，也可用这一方法。
