本标准规定了法兰和对夹连接弹性密封蝶阀的结构形式、技术要求、材料、试验方法和检验规则、标志、涂漆、包装和储运。
本标准适用于：公称压力不大于PN25，公称尺寸DN50～DN4000的法兰连接弹性密封的蝶阀；公称压力不大于PN16，公称尺寸DN50～DN1200的对夹连接弹性密封的蝶阀。
介质为非腐蚀性的液体和气体，全开位置时，管道内介质的流速不大于5 m/s。
