本标准适用于标准轨距上运行的新造座车(含硬座车、软座车、一等车和二等车)、卧车、餐车、发电车、行李车、邮政车和上述车种的合造车,并适应于动车组车辆客室。公务车、卫生车、维修车和试验车等特殊用途车以及其他有特殊要求的客车,除噪声限值及测点位置按设计及使用需要有特殊要求外,其他也应符合本标准。
