1.1 本部分规定了一个用轮式磨损试验仪测定铝及铝合金阳极氧化膜的耐磨性及磨损系数的试验方法。
1.2 本部分适用于阳极氧化膜的厚度不小于5 μm的板片状铝试样检验。对于阳极氧化膜的整个层厚以及表层或任意选定的氧化膜的某一层都可以用本方法测定其耐磨性和磨损系数。
1.3 本部分不适用于试样表面凹凸不平的阳极氧化试样的测定。
1.4 有机聚合物膜耐磨性的测定可参照本部分。
