本标准规定了以人工对比试样的反射信号为依据，检测钛及钛合金管材不连续性缺陷的涡流探伤方法。
本标准适用于外径为4 mm～65 mm，壁厚为0．5 mm~4．5 mm的冷凝器和热交换器用无缝或焊接钛及钛合金管材的涡流探伤。其他用途的钛及钛合金管材也可参照使用。
