本标准规定了测定饲料中铅的火焰原子吸收光谱法和石墨炉原子吸收光谱法。本标准适用于配合饲料、浓缩饲料、添加剂预混合饲料、精料补充料和饲料原料中铅的测定。
当取样量5 g,定容体积为50 mL时，火焰原子吸收光谱法的定量限为2 mg/kg；当取样量1 g,定容体积为10 mL时，石墨炉原子吸收光谱法的定量限为100 μg/kg。
