本标准规定了管形荧光灯用的灯座和启动器座的技术与尺寸要求以及确定灯在灯座中和启动器在启动器座中的安全性与匹配性的试验方法。
本标准适用于供装有附录A所示灯头的管形荧光灯使用的独立式灯座和内装式灯座，以及供在交流电路中工作时工作电压有效值不超过1 000 V的、符合GB 20550—2006的启动器使用的独立式启动器座和内装式启动器座。
