本标准规定了由电镀锡(或镀铬)薄钢板制成的用于啤酒、饮料等食品包装的冠形瓶盖（以下简称“瓶盖”）的尺寸、要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输和贮存。

本标准适用于瓶口符合QB/T 3729 的封口用瓶盖。其他材质容器的封口用瓶盖可参照执行。
