本标准规定了溶解乙炔气瓶（以下简称乙炔瓶）充装的基本原则和安全技术要求。
本标准适用于按GB 11638制造的乙炔瓶的充装。
本标准不适用于乙炔瓶组的充装。
本标准不适用于化工生产过程中盛装溶解乙炔的固定容器的充装。
注：本标准中的压力均指表压，有标注的除外。
