本标准中锌试剂法适用于锅炉给水、凝结水、蒸汽、水内冷发电机冷却水和炉水等水样中铜含量2.5 μg/L～50 μg/L的测定；二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠分光光度法适用于工业循环冷却水、各种工业用水及生活用水中铜含量0.01 mg／L～2.00 mg／L的测定；二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠直接光度法适用于不含悬浮物的工业循环冷却水中铜含量0.05 mg／L～6.00 mg／L的测定
