本部分适用于低压状态（空气侧压力为大气压、液体侧压力高于大气压0 kPa～30 kPa）（参见ISO 61941：2007的6.1）下使用的密封元件为弹性体的旋转轴唇形密封圈（以下简称密封圈）。
