本标准规定了安装在移动式平台及海上设施(以下简称为“平台”)上不同处所的电工电子产品所需进行的环境试验项目、试验方法及严酷等级。
本标准适用于平台用电工电子产品在制定技术条件时，对环境试验项目、试验方法及严酷等级的选定。其中有关的试验细则和考核指标在产品技术条件中规定。
单点系泊装置和海上浮式装置用电工电子产品的环境试验一般要求可参照本标准。
