GB/T 14048的本部分规定了主要用于工业或类似用途的PCB接线端子排的要求。

通过钎焊、压入或等效方式将铜导体安装或固定在印制电路板上，从而使两者之间形成电气或机械连接。

本部分适用于额定电压交流不超过1 000 V、频率至1 000 Hz或直流不超过1 500 V的电路中，用于连接截面积为0.05 mm2～300 mm2(AWG30/600 kcmil)的经处理或未经处理铜导体的PCB接线端子排。
