本部分适用于在GB/T 14092.5中规定的环境条件使用的一般用途机械工业产品。产品大类包括内燃机、工程机械、重型机械、起重运输机械、石油通用机械、电工产品、仪器仪表、机床工具、通用零部件等。
本部分不适用于环境中存在爆炸性介质及海洋、船舶、矿井、核辐射等特殊环境条件下使用的产品。
