本标准规定了液化气体气瓶（以下简称气瓶）充装的基本原则和安全技术要求。
本标准适用于高压液化气体气瓶和在最高使用温度下饱和蒸气压力不小于0.1　MPa（表压，下同）的低压液化气体气瓶的充装。
本标准不适用于机动车用液化石油气钢瓶的充装。
