本部分适用于硅酸盐岩石中铅量的测定，也适用于土壤和水系沉积物中铅量的测定。不适用于含铁、钛高的辉长岩。
测定范围：火焰原子吸收分光光度法，5 μg/mL～500 μg/mL铅量。盐酸酒石酸碘化钾底液极谱法，10 μg/mL～250 μg/mL的铅量。
