本部分适用于硅酸盐岩石中锌量的测定，也适用于土壤和水系沉积物中锌量的测定。
测定范围：氢氧化钠-氯化铵底液极谱法，25 μg/g以上的锌量。乙二胺底液极谱法，20 μg/g～2 000 μg/g的锌量。火焰原子吸收分光光度法，5 μg/g～200 μg/g的锌量。
