本标准规定了灯用稀土三基色荧光粉的要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于经高温反应制得的，以铕激活的氧化钇、以铽、铈激活的铝酸镁、以低价铕(或低价铕、锰)激活的铝酸钡镁，在253.7 nm紫外线激发下分别发射红色、绿色、蓝色荧光的荧光粉，以及由上述三种荧光粉按一定比例混合而成的灯用稀土三基色荧光粉。主要用于低压汞蒸气体荧光灯。
