GB/T 14652的本部分规定了在艇长不大于24 m的小艇上，设计用于工作压力不超过034 MPa、内径不大于10 mm及以下；和不超过025MPa，内径大于10 mm的输送汽油和柴油的耐火燃油软管的一般要求和物理试验。
本部分适用于艇内装有永久固定燃油系统的小艇所用的软管，不适用于完全位于艇艉井内并与舷外机直接连接的小艇所用的软管。
非耐火燃油软管的技术要求见GB/T 146522《小艇　非耐火燃油软管》。
