GB/T 14652的本部分规定了在艇长不大于24 m的小艇上，设计用于工作压力不超过0.34 MPa，内径不大于10 mm和不超过0.25 MPa，内径小于63 mm的输送汽油和柴油的非耐火燃油软管的一般要求和物理试验。
本部分适用于艇内装有永久固定燃油系统的小艇所用的软管。
耐火燃油软管的技术要求见GB/T 14652.1《小艇 耐燃油软管》。
