Determination of vitamin B2 in feeds

本标准规定了饲料中维生素B2（即核黄素C17H20N10)测定的荧光分光光度法和高效液相色谱法。
本标准方法1适用于动物性和植物性饲料原料、配合饲料、浓缩饲料中维生素B2的测定，定量限为0.25 mg/kg。
本标准方法2适用于维生素预混合饲料、复合预混合饲料、浓缩饲料中维生素B2的测定，以荧光检测器检测时，定量限为5 mg/kg；以紫外检测器检测时，定量限为10 mg/kg。
浓缩饲料中维生素B2的测定，方法1为仲裁法；维生素预混合饲料、添加剂预混合饲料中维生素B2的测定，方法2中的高效液相色谱荧光检测器方法为仲裁法。
